 Karen Chuah is a highly experienced HRDF certified trainer and consultant with a multi-facetted background within hospitality & service through her 35 years of experience with Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong.  Her passion for training and service excellence spurred Karen to found ATAC in 2022 to support local and international businesses to excel in their service delivery and communication while enhancing skillsets of those within the industry. Leveraging her 3 decades of experience - she helps companies or their management improve service etiquette and protocol in dealing with all customers including VIPs thereby ensuring customer retention and loyalty.
